We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work in our Major Projects team on a 2year, fixed term, full time basis at our Perth Airport-based Head Office.
The Role
In the Project Administration Officer role you will be responsible for:
- Administration of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Administration of cost recovery involving creation of client invoices based on timesheet information.
- Supporting the development, implementation and improvement of business wide project management frameworks, standards, procedures and templates.
- Supporting implementation and utilisation of project management systems.
- Supporting project governance defined for each phase of the business wide project management framework.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project leads and engineers to ensure all project deliverables meet requirements and expectations.
- Supporting the development of key elements of business cases such as gathering data, building justification, building cost estimates, and considering lessons learnt for past projects
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 5 years working in administration / project environment / with multi-disciplinary teams (technical, commercial, procurement)
- Formal project management qualifications (CAPM, Prince2, Diploma in Project Management, etc) desirable
- Degree preferred, but not essential
