Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our growing team. The successful candidate should be experienced in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, from cutting and styling to advanced treatments. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team that values creativity, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
● Offering recommendations on hair care, grooming products, and hairstyles.
● Washing hair (shampooing) and conditioning the scalp.
● Using chemical treatments for colouring, straightening, and permanent waving of hair.
● Cutting hair with scissors, clippers, and razors.
● Creating dreadlocks, braids, and applying hair extensions.
● Shaving, trimming and shaping beards and moustaches.
● Maintaining clean workspaces and sanitising tools.
● Scheduling appointments and processing payments.
● Clean, colour, cut and style wigs and hairpieces.
To Be Successful in This Role:
- 2 years of experience as a hairdresser or experience in a similar position.
- At least Certificate III in Hairdressing or similar qualification.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and deliver customised services.
- Strong knowledge of hair care treatments, styling tools, and products.
- Precision in haircuts, shaves, and treatments, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.

Pay: $73,500.00 – $79,877.85 per year
