About Rally
Rally is an allied health team focused on Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology for NDIS participants. Our OTs and Speech Pathologists work as one connected team, sharing notes on our own custom platform instead of working in silos, and deliver care however suits them and the participant — remotely or in person. We're up and running and expanding across Greater Sydney and New South Wales.
The service is live and the participant base is growing. Come in early and help shape how we deliver.
The role
You'll implement OT and Speech (communication) programs set by our clinicians, working with participants of all ages across Sydney both online and in the community.
What the work involves
- Carry out therapy programs set by our clinicians, via telehealth and community visits
- Coach and support participants of all ages through practice activities
- Prepare session materials
- Document progress and report to the supervising clinician

You'll need
- Cert III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, study toward an allied health qualification, or solid relevant experience — every level is welcome (with supervision, the NDIS doesn't mandate a formal qual)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete them)
- A Working With Children Check and national police check
- A current driver's licence and reliable car for community visits
- Confidence working both online and in person, plus an ABN
