About the Role
As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play a key role in guiding patients through their eyewear journey, helping them find solutions that support both their vision and personal style.
You'll be responsible for:

Assisting patients in selecting frames, lenses, and optical products tailored to their lifestyle and vision needs
- Accurately dispensing prescriptions and providing advice on lens options and technologies
- Educating patients on eyewear care, fit, and ongoing maintenance
- Maintaining a welcoming and well-presented practice environment
- Supporting daily practice operations, including stock management and transactions
- Working collaboratively with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional patient experiences

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings:

Experience in optical dispensing, retail, or customer service (optical experience highly regarded)
- A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and confidence working with prescriptions and processes
- A genuine interest in eyewear, fashion, and styling
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Basic computer skills and confidence with systems
