We are on the hunt for superstar Duty Manager at our north lakes store .
The Duty Managers report to the Cafe Managers to support in running the cafe. With passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising and providing feedback to a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products
- Providing direction on tasks and helping to motivate the team to reach their highest potential
- Supporting the Managers with store operations and standards
- Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers

Pay: $50,000.00 – $134,238.86 per year
