This position is ideal for a professional with relevant qualifications in Finance & Insurance (F&I) and hands-on experience in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone with an engaging approach to customer service, skilled at presenting F&I options to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:

Deliver compelling presentations of finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate, and finalize finance deals.

Oversee the F&I process, including documentation collection and submission.

Drive sales performance and meet or exceed dealership targets.

Offer insurance and warranty products to cash customers.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector.

Proficiency in computer systems and tools.

Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs.

Accountability and commitment to achieving F&I goals.
