About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Advisor to join our Advanced Operational Solutions team within Wastewater Treatment. You will work with a broad range of operational, engineering, maintenance, IT and data stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative data-driven solutions that improve operational performance across our treatment assets.

What you can expect with this role

Develop and deliver data analytics, reporting and digital solutions that support operational decision-making and improve treatment performance.

Partner with operational, maintenance, engineering and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Design and implement analytical products, dashboards and data solutions that transform operational data into meaningful business insights.

Support digital transformation initiatives by improving data quality, reporting capabilities and adoption of digital tools across Treatment operations.

Work across a diverse range of projects and treatment processes, providing excellent exposure to both operational and technical challenges while expanding your expertise.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and helping drive smarter ways of working.
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Analytics or a related discipline.

Experience delivering data analytics, reporting or digital solutions that solve operational or business challenges.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build productive relationships across technical and operational teams.

Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, PI System and/or Databricks
-
The ability to analyse complex information, identify improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into practical solutions.

A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and learning.
