What you'll do
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering a broad range of structural projects while continuing to develop your technical expertise and project leadership capabilities.
In this role, you will:

Deliver structural design and analysis across Defence, buildings and infrastructure projects

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated engineering solutions

Prepare and review technical calculations, reports and documentation

Support project delivery from concept through to construction

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders

Mentor graduate and developing engineers

Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture

Develop expertise across complex and technically challenging projects
What you’ll bring

Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering and RPEV Registration

Experience delivering structural design within a consulting environment

Strong technical capability across building, data centre and infrastructure projects

Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills

Desire to continue developing as a technical structural engineer

Interest in Defence, buildings or complex infrastructure projects
