Capelli Barbershop is looking for a skilled and passionate barber to join our growing team in Leichhardt.
We’re not a high-volume, rushed shop. We focus on delivering exceptional haircuts, attention to detail and creating an experience clients look forward to. What you’ll be doing
● Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts and beard grooming services.
● Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through to finish.
● Build lasting relationships with clients.
● Maintain a clean and professional workstation.
● Contribute to a positive, welcoming team culture.
● Recommend premium grooming products where appropriate.
What we’re looking for
● Previous barbering experience with strong fading, scissor work and beard skills.
● Confidence working independently.
● Excellent communication and customer service.
● Reliable, punctual and professional presentation.
● Passion for continuous improvement and attention to detail.
● Ability to create an outstanding client experience, not just a haircut.
