About MFLC Logistics
MFLC Logistics is a Melbourne based freight and transport business operating out of Campbellfield. We run a growing fleet servicing customers across Victoria and the VIC to NSW corridor, moving everything from ambient palletised freight to temperature controlled product. We are expanding our warehouse team and looking for reliable pick packers to join us.
About the role
Working out of our Campbellfield facility and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will pick, pack and prepare customer freight for dispatch, making sure every consignment leaves accurate and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and consolidate orders accurately against pick slips and run sheets
- Pack, wrap, label and secure pallets and cartons to customer standard
- Scan and record consignments in our transport system
- Load and unload vehicles and assist drivers with dispatch checks
- Complete stock counts and report shortages, damages and discrepancies
- Keep the dock and pick area clean, clear and safe
- Follow all WHS and safe manual handling procedures
About you
- Previous warehouse, dispatch or pick and pack experience (preferred, not essential)
- Comfortable on your feet all shift and lifting up to 20kg repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail, especially with labels, counts and consignment numbers
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work in a small team under time pressure
- Basic English literacy and numeracy
- Full working rights in Australia
Highly regarded
- Current forklift licence (LF)
- Experience with a transport or warehouse system such as TransVirtual, CartonCloud or similar
- Chilled or temperature controlled freight experience
- Own reliable transport (Campbellfield is limited for public transport, especially on early starts/late finishes)

Pay: $26.55 – $39.33 per hour
