About the Role
Make a difference as a Senior Occupational Therapist within the CO-ACT team, delivering expert care that supports better outcomes for older people and the community. You’ll lead clinical practice, mentor others, and help shape innovative models of care through collaboration and improvement.
- Lead occupational therapy services and clinical practice
- Manage daily service delivery, coordination and priorities
- Provide expert assessment and therapeutic interventions to support complex discharge planning
- Mentor staff and support student clinical education
- Drive quality improvement and research activities
- Build partnerships across multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to care models and patient pathways
- Advocate for best practice and improved outcomes
About You
You’re an experienced Occupational Therapist with strong clinical skills and a passion for improving outcomes. You’ll bring specialist knowledge, leadership capability and a commitment to evidence-based practice, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Degree eligible for Occupational Therapy Board registration
- Current Occupational Therapy Board of Australia registration
- Strong complex clinical assessment, intervention skills and clinical reasoning to support complex discharge planning
- Lead teams through collaboration and quality improvement
- Provide supervision, mentoring and professional support
