Are you a friendly, organised, and customer-focused professional looking to join a modern dental practice? We are seeking an enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to become an important part of our growing team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and professional manner
- Managing appointments and patient schedules
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments and handling health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Coordinating with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Assisting with administrative and office duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Experience in dental or medical reception preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Exact, Dental4Windows, Core Practice) is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
