You will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, uphold APS Values, and foster a collaborative and high performing team environment.

Across these roles, you will analyse and synthesise complex information from multiple sources to inform decision making at both operational and strategic levels. This includes identifying and communicating emerging risks, threats, trends and opportunities, and lead the development of high-quality outputs aligned with governance requirements and organisational priorities. You’ll exercise advanced judgement, manage competing priorities, and proactively escalate issues as needed. You will also engage with and influence stakeholders while providing guidance and support to others.
As a Risk and Intelligence Officer, you will lead integrated risk and intelligence activities across multiple work areas. providing strategic insights that bring together both risk and intelligence perspectives and drive continuous improvement in integrated approaches and practices.
As a Risk Officer, you will lead the application of enterprise risk management frameworks to address complex and strategic risks. You’ll provide evidence-based advice and recommendations to inform decision-making, and lead the design and refinement of risk models, rules and methodologies in collaboration with stakeholders.
As an Intelligence Analyst, you will lead intelligence activities and outputs across the intelligence cycle. You’ll apply advanced analytical methodologies to produce high-value intelligence assessments, influence intelligence priorities, and provide expert advice to support strategic and operational outcomes.
