Your new role
As Parts Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for the pick up and delivery of automotive parts from customers and suppliers. In addition to this, you’ll assist with daily activities around the parts store, demonstrating your can-do attitude and willingness to learn. This is an ideal opportunity to get a foot into CMI Hino in a permanent full-time role, with opportunities for development and progression into other roles possible in the future.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver and collect parts with care and punctuality
- Pack, inspect and process parts for dispatch or storage
- Load and unload vehicles safely and securely
- Assist with activities in the parts store, growing your knowledge and skillset
- Support ad-hoc warehouse tasks as needed
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- A commitment to an exceptional level of customer service
- General knowledge of the metropolitan area
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Dedication to safety and safe driving practices
- A passion to grow, develop and be upskilled with new responsibilities
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Possession of a current driver’s licence is mandatory
