As the primary point of contact for a key customer, you'll manage the day-to-day operation of an embedded network while building strong relationships across both customer and Origin teams.
You'll work collaboratively to optimise performance, support tenant engagement and help deliver long-term value through a customer-focused approach. From retaining existing tenants and supporting new connections to identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll play an important role in ensuring the ongoing success of the account.
This is an opportunity to combine relationship management, commercial insight and customer engagement in a role where you'll have a direct impact on customer experience and business performance.
You'll act as a trusted partner to a strategic customer, helping maximise value from their energy infrastructure while supporting growth initiatives and delivering positive outcomes for customers and tenants alike.
