We are looking for a passionate, skilled Beauty Therapist to join our growing team and deliver outstanding treatments and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Care
- Conduct detailed client consultations and skin/body assessments, including use of diagnostic tools such as skin analysis systems, to identify concerns and recommend tailored treatment plans
- Clearly explain treatment options, expected outcomes, and realistic timeframes so clients can make informed decisions
- Provide thorough aftercare instructions and proactively follow up with client’s post-treatment to monitor results and satisfaction
- Educate clients on skincare routines, lifestyle factors, and recommend suitable homecare and retail products to support their treatment goals
Treatments & Technical Delivery
- Deliver a comprehensive range of facial and body treatments, including deep-cleansing facials, exfoliation and peel treatments, microneedling, and hydrating skin therapies
- Operate and maintain advanced beauty equipment and technology in line with manufacturer guidelines and clinic protocols
- Perform hair removal, skin brightening, and general skin rejuvenation treatments within your training and scope of practice
- Provide body contouring and body treatment services using clinic equipment as trained
- Deliver semi-permanent makeup or hair/scalp treatments if trained and qualified in these areas
Sales, Retention & Business Growth
- Achieve individual and clinic-wide targets for treatment packages, memberships, and retail product sales
- Proactively rebook clients for follow-up appointments and treatment courses to support ongoing skin/body goals
- Build genuine, long-term rapport with clients to drive loyalty, repeat business, and word-of-mouth referrals
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers by confidently communicating value to clients
Compliance, Hygiene & Operations
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client treatment records and consultation notes in the clinic management system
- Strictly uphold hygiene, sterilisation, and workplace health & safety standards across all treatment rooms
- Ensure all equipment is correctly cleaned, maintained, and stored, and report any faults or servicing needs promptly
- Monitor and manage treatment room and retail stock levels, assisting with ordering and inventory control as needed
- Support front-of-house duties as required, including managing bookings, client enquiries, and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment
About You
- Minimum one year of experience is required
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or higher) is preferred; candidates without formal qualifications but with several years of relevant hands-on industry experience will also be considered
- Prior experience with advanced facial and body treatment equipment highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for client care
- A professional, well-presented, and reliable team player
Pay: $78,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
