Preparing quality coffee and beverages
Serving customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Preparing and packaging donuts and other products
Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented store
Restocking products and assisting with daily store operations
Working closely with your teammates to deliver an excellent customer experience
✔ A positive, friendly, and energetic attitude
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Previous retail, hospitality, café, or customer service experience is highly regarded
✔ Barista experience is an advantage, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person!
✔ Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
Full flexibility to work Monday to Sunday
Availability between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM
Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
