We're a small, tight-knit Technology Service Provider (TSP) with offices in Brisbane's west and Bowen Hills. We're looking for a capable Systems Administrator to join us and support a portfolio of clients - remote and onsite - helping them solve problems and move toward more reliable, standardised IT.
We offer a curated suite of solutions across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, voice, and more. You'll work across a varied client base and have real input into the solutions they use — not just close tickets. This role has a clear path to Technical Consultant or TAM for the right person.
What you'll do
- Remote and onsite support for clients ranging from 5 to 100 users
- PC, server, and network implementation in Microsoft AD and Entra ID environments
- Advise clients on practical improvements using our solution set
- Accurate time recording, ticket updates, and client documentation
- Involvement in account management, pre-sales, and project work as you grow
What we're looking for
- Background in a managed service or technology service provider (MSP/TSP)
- Strong desktop support skills and solid general infrastructure knowledge
- Confident with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Clear communicator — written and in person
- Methodical troubleshooter who knows when to escalate
- Current driver's licence

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
