Details: The Public Trustee and Guardian for the ACT (PTG) promotes and supports the rights, interests and life decisions of our clients and delivers excellent trustee outcomes for the ACT community. We perform a range of statutory functions, deliver services under several pieces of legislation, and work closely with ACT Government agencies, community organisations and other stakeholders.
We are seeking a capable and motivated leader to undertake the role of Director, Enabling and Support Services. Reporting directly to the Public Trustee and Guardian, the Director leads the delivery of critical governance, corporate and operational support functions that enable the PTG to provide high-quality services to the ACT community.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Group, the Director is responsible for leading the Enabling and Support Services teams and overseeing key areas including governance, risk, business continuity, communications, procurement, ICT, records management and corporate service coordination. The role provides strategic advice to support organisational effectiveness, compliance and continuous improvement, while fostering collaborative relationships across the PTG, ACT Government and external stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are highly desirable.
