Senior Experienced Community Disability Support Professionals (Qualified) - We are looking for career disability support professionals who want to be part of a team and follow the growth trajectory of the business. Provide support to individuals with complex care needs, assist with daily living activities and social and community access and ensure a high standard of care, dignity and respect.
Candidates must hold relevant certification and professional registrations as appropriate.
You will also need to be proficient in English reading and writing and can build fast rapport with multiple clients. Our clients are complex and therefore clear English speaking is required.
Additional qualifications eg medication administration and manual handling will be viewed favourably.
Mature experienced staff and enrolled nurses are encouraged to apply.
Neurological disorders, autism, complex physcial, psychosocial and justice case experience is highly desirable.
