Full Time | $70,000 per annum
Right at Home Adelaide Central is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Officer to support our busy community aged care office.
This role will primarily focus on client and staff administration, onboarding, recruitment support, compliance, documentation and general office coordination, while also assisting the rostering team when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new client onboarding, documentation, system setup and service commencement.
- Support staff recruitment, including arranging interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
- Maintain employee compliance records, qualifications, police clearances and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate client and employee records across organisational systems.
- Respond professionally to client, family, staff and provider enquiries.
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, reports, correspondence and general office administration.
- Follow up outstanding documentation and administrative requirements.
- Provide administrative support to Care Managers and the management team.
- Assist the rostering team as required, including roster changes, staff availability and client communication.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and undertake other administrative duties as required.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong administration experience, preferably within aged care, home care, disability or healthcare.
- Experience with the Support at Home program is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and its application within community care is highly regarded.
- Experience with client and staff onboarding, recruitment and compliance administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with invoicing or accounts administration is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
