We are looking for an experienced and capable Retail Liquor Manager to manager the daily operations our busy Thirsty Camel Superstore in the Lakelands.
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Bottle Shop Manager for our busy Store in Lakelands Tavern. This position will oversee the daily operation of the bottle shop and you will be the face of the venue and responsible for building a strong team that is focused on consistently delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Our drive-thru store offers a wide range of local and international products across Wine, Beer, Premix & Spirits with a commitment to value.
We offer a great working structure of rosters and over-time for any additional hours worked above your 40 contracted hours per week.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Accountability for the presentation of the store, ensuring the store is clean and visually appealing
· Accountability for all EFTPOS machines and ability to problem solve when issues arise
· Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills
· Great product knowledge
· Minimum 2 years previous experience managing a Bottle Shop
· A full understanding of stock control, forecasting, and ordering
· Cash handling and cash operating expertise
· Rostering capabilities
· The attitude to inspire and mentor your team
· Strong compliance focus
