Position Overview
The core of our dedicated team, known as the Member Consultant & Support, are the backbone of our operation. Committed, energetic and member-focused, they play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors. From building relationships with members and supporting prospective members through the sales journey, to assisting with enquiries and ensuring a welcoming club environment, the Member Consultant & Support team helps bring the Rileys experience to life. They are passionate about fitness, customer service and fostering a strong sense of community within Sydney’s most iconic 24/7 gym.
Qualifications
- Experience within the fitness industry is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and creating exceptional member experiences
- Confidence in sales conversations and delivering tailored solutions for prospective members
- Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic understanding of fitness equipment and gym operations
