THE ROLE
The Director, Service Agreement Performance manages the systemic oversight of service agreement management for the Department and as a shared service for the Department of Health and the Department of Education. This includes supporting early and more comprehensive identification of risk in safety, quality performance and compliance of funded services. This role is accountable for service agreements with the funded sector, key supporting technologies and systems including the Service Agreement Management System (SAMS2), the agency monitoring framework and department service agreement business rules and guidelines.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide systemic oversight of service agreement management, including statewide performance and data analytics that support earlier and more comprehensive identification of risk in safety and quality of funded services.
- Proactively identify risk of potential underperformance in organisations, regions and/or funding programs by using a variety of methods including forensic performance analysis.
- Drive coordinated and consistent risk-based oversight of service agreement management across the department including the identification and response to non-compliance of funded agencies and the application of departmental frameworks and processes.
