We are seeking a casual/locum registered Practice Nurse to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments and education.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures and perform wound dressings and iron infusions.
- Maintain accurate and up to date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training as required.
Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a GP setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First aid certification

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
