About the Role:
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's interests and development.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to planning, observations, documentation, and reflective practice Support children's wellbeing, confidence, independence, and learning journey.
- Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive team.
About You:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Passionate about early childhood education and children's learning.
- Knowledge of VEYLDF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team approach.
- Current Working with Children Check and required First Aid certificates
- Current Police Check
