INTI Group Pty Ltd is a growing fencing company based in Perth, servicing residential and commercial clients across the Perth metropolitan area.
We work across a variety of fencing, gate and property improvement projects and are now looking for reliable, motivated people to join our installation team.
The Role:
We are currently seeking Carpenters / Fencing Installers / Tradespeople to join our growing team.
The role involves a variety of hands-on work, including fencing installation, gates, timber fencing, Colorbond, modular wall systems, general site preparation and associated installation works.
We offer flexibility in employment structure and are open to discussing either full-time employment or subcontracting arrangements with the right candidates.

Trainee Opportunities
No fencing experience? No problem.
We welcome motivated applicants who may not have direct fencing experience but have a carpentry, construction or trade background and are willing to learn.
You’ll receive hands-on training from our experienced installation team to develop your skills in fencing and gate installation in a supportive working environment.
About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
Are confident using hand and power tools
Take pride in quality workmanship
Have a carpentry, construction or trade background (preferred)
Have experience installing fencing and gate products (preferred, but not essential)
Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Are willing to learn and develop new skills
Hold a valid driver’s licence
Have valid Australian work rights
Are physically fit and capable – this is a hands-on, physical role
Carpenters and other tradespeople looking to move into fencing are strongly encouraged to apply.
