We are a small, family owned strata and commercial cleaning business, looking for a reliable, honest and punctual casual cleaner to join our team for one of our apartment complexes in Floreat, WA.
The Role
- Casual role with flexible start times and hours across weekdays only.
- $35.00 per hour (above award rate)
- 12% superannuation
- Cleaning required on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- 4.5 hours per shift (18 hours per week)
- Monday and Thursday - shift can start from 9am, latest start 11:30am
- Tuesday and Friday - shift starts around 11/11:30am
- No weekend or public holiday work
- No night shift work
Responsibilities
- Vacuuming and mopping common areas
- Using a floor scrubber for tiled surfaces
- Wheeling garbage and recycling bins in and out of the complex
- Dusting and wiping furniture, skirtings, hand railings and decor
- Cleaning glass windows and doors
- Blowing leaves and using a floor sweeper
- Occasional high-pressure cleaning of bins (training will be provided)
- Disinfecting and cleaning of the on-site gym and bathroom
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial or strata environment
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and personable skills
- Ability to work safely and follow Work Health and Safety standards
- Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work
- Experience using a floor scrubber is highly regarded

Requirements
- You must have valid work rights in Australia
- A valid drivers license and reliable car, or live locally and be willing/able to travel to this site via public transport
- Police clearance (or willingness to get one)
- Reasonably physically fit, as this job requires moving bins, bending/kneeling to clean and maintaining cleaning equipment
