Applicants must demonstrate:
Ability to plan and deliver inclusive, differentiated teaching and learning programs aligned to the Australian Curriculum, including adjusted and alternative pathways, with a focus on students engaging below foundation level
Experience developing and implementing Individual Curriculum Plans (ICPs) or personalised learning plans
Strong capacity to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, teacher aides, and specialist staff
Highly Desirable:
Experience teaching in a special school, special education unit, or inclusive education setting
Experience supporting students with disability, including intellectual disability, autism, and/or complex needs
Knowledge or experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems
Experience working alongside allied health professionals
Willingness to contribute to whole-school initiatives and improvement agendas
