Working Schedule
Full-time position, 38 ordinary hours per week, rostered across Monday to Saturday, generally over five working days with one rostered day off per week.
The office operates from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays and Australian public holidays.
Salary: from AUD $60,000 per annum

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, members, and visitors.
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support appointments, customer events, and educational activities.
- Provide general office support to the Operations Manager.
Selection Criteria
- Fluent in English (required).
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Korean language (Strongly desirable).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Experience in beauty and/or aesthetic clinics, hair salons, spas, cosmetic retail stores, or similar customer-facing environments (desirable).
- Experience supporting customer events and community engagement activities (desirable).
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
