We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Domestic Assistance Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide in-home support to NDIS participants, helping them maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment while promoting their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general household cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Assist with laundry, ironing, and changing bed linens.
- Support participants with meal preparation and basic kitchen cleaning.
- Organize and tidy living spaces to maintain a safe environment.
- Dispose of household waste and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Follow participants' individual support plans and preferences.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any concerns to the care coordinator.
- Build respectful and professional relationships with participants while encouraging their independence.
Essential Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
- Valid National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Current COVID-19 and other required vaccinations (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A caring, respectful, and person-centred approach.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification.
- Previous experience in domestic assistance, disability support, aged care, or community services.
- Experience supporting people with disabilities under the NDIS.
