About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly regarded Work and Road team based in our Sunshine office. You will step into a well-established practice with a strong referral network, loyal client base, and excellent mentoring support. The role offers high quality matters, genuine autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact for injured clients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
You will manage a diverse personal injury caseload across workers compensation and motor vehicle accident matters, working closely with senior lawyers and a supportive team who are passionate about achieving outstanding results. Alongside your legal work, you will play an active role in strengthening community relationships and building new referral networks, helping to grow both your profile and the practice.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation and motor vehicle accident matters from initial instruction through to resolution

Deliver clear, practical and compassionate legal advice that puts clients at ease

Develop tailored legal strategies to achieve strong commercial and client outcomes

Build trusted relationships with clients, referrers, and internal stakeholders

What you will bring
You will bring a genuine passion for plaintiff personal injury law, paired with strong technical foundations and a client first mindset. You will have experience managing matters end to end, delivering clear and empathetic advice, and confidently negotiating outcomes for your clients. You will enjoy building relationships, both with clients and referrers, and thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment. You will be proactive, commercially aware, and motivated by achieving great results while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
