About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Advisor - Greenfields Development. You’ll undertake investigation, assessment, and processing of land servicing proposals on development projects throughout WA. The role will be based in our Leederville office and will report to the Team Leader, Greenfields Development.
What the role will involve

Be the conduit between the Water Corporation and developers, engineering consultants, other professionals and the general public on water servicing for land development proposals across Western Australia.

Provide advice to engineering consultants, surveyors and other stakeholders on servicing submissions for infrastructure provision

Undertake and coordinate the investigation and assessment of defined servicing applications from WAPC, State and local authorities regarding water, wastewater and drainage servicing requirements

Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise the use of existing assets and ensure timely provision of new works

Collaborate with developers, and their agents, on technical servicing and financial matters for large scale and complex land servicing proposals

About you
You possess relevant experience and knowledge in the land development or building sector, civil infrastructure delivery, town planning or project management AND/OR be degree qualified in Town Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills. Knowledge of planning legislation, policies and practices in Western Australia and ideally in relation to the water industry or significant experience in the land development industry, while not essential, would ensure success in this role.
