Our long-standing Sales Operations Manager is retiring, which leaves an opening for a bold, forward-thinking commercial leader to step in as head of domestic sales operations.
About The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of domestic sales. Your core directive being to respect the heritage, ditch some of the outdated playbooks, and modernise how we succeed in driving sustainable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Build and execute forward-thinking sales strategies to meet revenue, profit, and volume targets across all domestic channels.

Drive Commercial Excellence & Insights: Bring fresh, data-backed initiatives to the table using financial analytics and market trends to sharpen our competitive edge.

Stakeholder Relationships: Partner with key On & Off Trade distributors, retailers, and internal leaders across marketing, production, distribution and finance.

Team Development: Mentor, motivate, and scale a high-performing national sales team, building a culture focused on continuous improvement.

Premiumisation: Develop the fine wine business matching the family’s commitment to luxury and icon vineyard resources.

Beverage Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the wine and drinks landscape, backed by strong existing relationships across retail, wholesale, and on-premise channels.
