We are seeking a refined, detail-focused Housekeeping All-Rounder to join our team on a casual basis. This dynamic, hands-on role allows you to immerse yourself in multiple facets of our luxury operations, spanning across guest rooms, public areas, and our laundry department.

What you’ll be doing:

5-Star Room Styling: Cleaning and meticulously servicing luxury guest rooms and suites to impeccable Pullman standards.

Public Area Presentation: Maintaining the flawless presentation of our grand lobby, premium amenities, and public spaces across the hotel.

Laundry Operations: Assisting with high-volume laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, folding, and premium linen distribution.

Luxury Amenities Care: Replenishing high-end amenities, fresh linen, and housekeeping supplies to ensure the ultimate guest comfort.

Proactive Reporting: Identifying and reporting maintenance requirements and managing lost property with high integrity.

Team Collaboration: Working seamlessly with the wider housekeeping and hotel teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
