We are searching for a Supply Chain Specialist at our Bankstown facility.
Snapshot of the role:

Coordinating the timely delivery and shipment of finished goods to meet customer deadlines

Managing shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer approval processes

Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively resolving issues impacting on-time delivery

Using customer portals and internal systems to support shipping and order fulfilment

Supporting production planning through creation of work orders, stock transactions, and reporting
-
Investigating and resolving system transmission errors between business systems
-
Maintaining accurate records and full traceability across the supply chain
-
Supporting purchasing and procurement activities as required

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment along with working knowledge of the principles of integrated manufacturing systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 including customer and supplier requirements and required accreditations (highly regarded)
