We are currently seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at our head office in the heart of Subiaco.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be a proactive self starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will coordinate the administrative function, with primary responsibility for providing administrative support to our Exploration team while ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the head office.
As the Office Coordintor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Roster and flight coordination
- Purchasing and receipting
- Freight and mail logistics
- Planning and coordinating events
- Facilities management
- General office management and reception
About You
- Experience in a similar role is essential. This opportunity may particularly suit someone with previous site based experience who is now seeking a locally based position while continuing to apply their industry knowledge and expertise
- Experience using INX and Pronto desirable
