As Senior BI Developer, you will lead the design, development and continuous improvement of business intelligence, reporting and automation solutions across Kinetic.
Working across the Microsoft technology stack, you will deliver trusted enterprise reporting, self-service analytics and practical data solutions that help teams monitor performance, improve operational efficiency and make informed decisions. You will also provide technical leadership and mentoring while helping strengthen reporting standards, governance and platform capability across the business.

Design and deliver enterprise reporting, analytics and automation solutions.

Develop scalable dashboards, semantic models and self-service analytics.

Administer and optimise Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform environments.

Establish consistent reporting standards, KPI frameworks and data models.
-
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Strengthen data quality, reporting governance and quality assurance practices.

Produce clear functional, technical and solution documentation.
-
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Support system implementations, integrations and business transformation.
-
Train and guide users to confidently interpret reports and data insights.

Strong experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.

Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query and semantic modelling.

Advanced experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and the Power Platform.

Strong SQL skills across data extraction, transformation and performance tuning.

Advanced Excel development and automation capability.

Experience developing and managing SharePoint Online sites and lists.

Experience administering Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills.

The ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.

Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience working in Agile delivery and support environments.
