We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Rostering Administrator to join our hospitality team at RAC Arena. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end rostering and workforce coordination ensuring seamless service delivery across a dynamic calendar of events.
This is a critical role supporting our high-volume, fast-paced hospitality operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, publish and maintain weekly rosters aligned to event schedules and operational requirements
- Support workforce planning requirements based on attendance, catering plans and service standards
- Allocate team members across kitchens, stewarding, bars, suites, premium hospitality and front-of-house operations
- Work closely with the General Manager Hospitality, Catering Operations Manager, Executive Chefs and operational leaders to deliver event staffing solutions
- Assist with managing casual workforce availability, including peak event periods and seasonal onboarding
- Maintain accurate records across rostering and time & attendance systems
- Support compliance with relevant awards, employment legislation and fatigue management
- Assist with preparing labour reports, including hours vs budget, overtime and event summaries
- Contribute to the improvement and implementation of rostering processes, workforce utilisation, and system efficiency.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in rostering, workforce coordination or scheduling (hospitality or events highly regarded)
- Understanding of high-volume, casual or event-based workforce requirements
- Working knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Good attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems.
- Clear communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proactive and team-focused approach
- Experience with rostering/workforce systems (Humanforce experience highly desirable)
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, event driven environment
