As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proven Sales Manager who can elevate team performance while shaping the next chapter of our leadership culture.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales, this role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent and embedding a culture that reflects MICM's commitment to integrity, service excellence and client‑first outcomes.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role with genuine influence. You will guide a team of associates and established agents, ensuring they are supported, aligned and equipped to deliver exceptional results. You will play a key role in defining and strengthening our customer‑centric and collaborative culture, ensuring every client interaction reflects MICM's ethical and transparent approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and develop high‑performing sales talent
- Maximise sales outcomes in line with forecasts and service expectations
- Provide structured training, coaching and mentoring to new and established team members
- Support and drive individual and team sales goals
- Assist Sales Consultants with day‑to‑day queries, listing strategies and negotiation support
- Conduct regular one‑on‑one and team meetings to maintain alignment and accountability
- Monitor and drive KPIs across the sales team
- Partner closely with the General Manager of Sales to deliver strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and uphold MICM's professional reputation
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a culture built on collaboration, integrity and client‑focused service
- Understanding and ability to adhere to AML, CTF Framework
About You
You will bring a leadership style that inspires confidence, supports growth and models ethical, client‑first behaviour. You will also bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales Management or similar leadership role
- Strong residential real estate knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High‑level organisational and time‑management capability
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve strong sales performance
- A commitment to transparent, ethical and customer‑focused engagement
- Agents Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate Licence
