Job Description
Customer Engagement Officer role:
The Customer Engagement Officer works efficiently and effectively to optimise services for new and current clients. We support our therapists and allied health assistants with funding follow-up and general administrative tasks.
Our clients are predominantly NDIS participants along with some TAC, WorkSafe, My Aged Care and privately funded clients.
The position is full-time (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:06pm) with a hybrid work structure of 1 day minimum in the office (Deer Park location) and 4 days working from home per week. The successful applicant must be in our Deer Park clinic every Tuesday for a dedicated Customer Engagement Team working day.
The pay rate is based on the Health and Support Services Award 2020, Support services level 7 at $32.67/hr ($64,551pa).
Key Responsibilities:
Respond professionally to phone, email, and online enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service to clients, referrers, and stakeholders.
Timely manage of intake process for new and existing client referrals.
Liaise with referrers, funding bodies, therapists, and other stakeholders to confirm funding approvals and support service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records, databases, and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and key stakeholders to support service growth.
Promote the organisation's services through networking, marketing activities, and community engagement events.
