About the role
We're seeking a compassionate and reliable
Support Worker to provide meaningful support to a friendly client based in
Oakhurst.
In this rewarding role, you'll help the client maintain their independence, daily routines, and community connections through companionship and supported access to activities. You will also assist with medication prompting and administration.
- Up to 20 hours per week
- AM and PM shifts available across 7 days
- Based in Oakhurst

About you
We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing safe, person-centred support.
- The holder of a full Australian driver’s licence.
