We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at Gelatissimo Eastland!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable customer experiences, and is ready to develop their leadership skills.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in retail and/or hospitality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week (with additional hours available for the right candidate)
- Positive, friendly, and easy to work with Hardworking, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to make gelato or willing to learn gelato production and presentation
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
What you’ll do:
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve premium gelato and desserts
- Learn how to make and maintain our handcrafted gelato
- Help train and support team members
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation
