Based in Canberra, we also operate at beautiful venues and events across the NSW South Coast, giving you the opportunity to experience everything from premium weddings and corporate events to cafés, race days, equestrian events and exclusive private functions.

What You'll Learn
As a Hospitality Trainee, no two days are the same. You'll receive hands-on training in:
- Specialty coffee and barista skills
- Customer service and guest experience
- Food and beverage service
- Event and wedding operations
- Café operations
- Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Food preparation and presentation
- Venue set-up and styling
- Teamwork and communication
- Professional hospitality standards
You'll work alongside experienced managers, chefs and event professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed.
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience—we're looking for attitude over experience.
You'll be someone who is:
- Friendly, enthusiastic and confident
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Keen to learn new skills every day
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well in a busy team environment
- Well presented with a positive attitude
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required
- Willing to travel occasionally to our South Coast venues and events
Essential Requirements
- A willingness to learn how to become an excellent barista (some previous experience is an advantage)
- Current driver's licence or reliable transport (preferred)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality
Bonus Skills
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is an advantage, but not essential. If you don't already have one, we'll help you obtain it as part of your development with us.
