Qualified Metal Roof Plumber / 3rd–4th Year Apprentice
About the role
Litchfield Roofing is seeking motivated Qualified Metal Roof Plumbers and experienced 3rd–4th Year Apprentices to join our team. Working across a variety of commercial roofing and height safety projects, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your skills, gain valuable experience and grow your career with a well-established family business.
What you'll be doing
- Working as part of a team to install:
- Metal roofing and wall cladding
- Gutters and downpipes
- Height access and safety systems
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Safely operating roofing tools, equipment, and access systems
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Assisting in mentoring apprentices and contributing to a positive team culture
What we're looking for
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely at heights and in a physically demanding environment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Experience in commercial metal roofing
Desirable:
- Working at Heights
- EWP Yellow Card (up to 11m)
- High Risk Work Licence (WP over 11m)
- Telehandler, Forklift or Dogging tickets
