About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated General Psychologist ( or candidates who are within a month of General status) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help develop our Allied Health department from the ground up. You’ll have the flexibility to build your own client calendar, work with new clients, and contribute to community engagement through our media and outreach channels. This roll is 10-15 hours, (2 days per week, with min of one late night appointment option) Mon–Fri
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver psychological services to a diverse client base
* Help shape and grow the Allied Health team
* Develop and manage your own client calendar with the help of our administration team
* Collaborate with media teams to promote services
* Work flexibly and adapt as the department evolves
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding and team development.
* Support referral pathways and community engagement.
* Contributing to a reflective, psychologically safe team culture supporting clinic operations, caseloads sustainability, and service delivery.
* Acting as a bridge between clinitians and Practice Manager and Director.
What You’ll Need
* AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
* Employee WWCC & Police Check
* Medicare provider number eligibility
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive, punctual, reliable and client-focused mindset
* Interest in working with people with additional needs
* Leadership experience
Caseload:
* Therapy and Assessment across the lifespan
* Neurodivergent-affirming, trauma informed approach.
* Modelling high-quality ethical practices.
