About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Wetherill Park. This is a key position within the business, reporting directly to the Director and playing a vital role in driving new business and managing existing client relationships.
This is a field-based role where you will spend the majority of your time on the road meeting customers, developing opportunities, and growing sales within the building and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage a sales territory across Sydney
- Conduct regular site and client visits
- Prepare quotes and follow up on sales leads
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
- Proven sales experience within the building supplies, timber, construction, or trade-related industries
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- A genuine “go-getter” attitude
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A current driver’s licence
Work Environment
- Primarily on-the-road sales role
- Flexibility to work from home
- Required in the Wetherill Park office 1–2 days per week
