We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales team. In this full-time permanent role, you'll build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and work closely with our Estimating and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service. Based at any of our Queensland locations (Currumbin, Capalaba, Caloundra & Harvey Bay), this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.
What will you be doing?
- Manage project tenders and sales opportunities to drive strong revenue performance
Build and maintain trusted relationships with current and potential residential clients
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Identify customer needs and engage with key decision-makers to secure new business
Prepare and communicate clear, accurate quotations and financial information
Collaborate with Scheduling and Production teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Negotiate effectively to achieve optimal pricing while maintaining margin integrity
Identify and convert add-on sales opportunities to maximise revenue outcomes
Maintain accurate sales data, reporting, and pipeline tracking in a timely manner
Contribute market insights and continuous improvement ideas to support business growth
Skills and Experiences:
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a professional sales environment
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High-level problem-solving and analytical capability
Adaptable and flexible, able to manage shifting priorities and client needs
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
ICT proficient, with experience in construction or steel industry highly regarded
