About the role:
We are looking for a member to join our team as a pizza maker in a casual part time role.
No commercial bakery experience is necessary, but experience in a commercial cookery environment is preferred.
You will be trained in stretching of doughs, no previous experience is necessary but preferred
Principal Responsibility:
General cleaning duties
Dough stretching & pizza making with training provided
Slicing of cheeses & meats & basic kitchen prep
Cooking of pizzas in a stone
Goods received and stock rotation
Possess a level of fitness enabling you to lift and work on your feet in accordance with OH & S guidelines.
A full commitment to food safety procedures and have good attention to detail.
Maintaining a clean working environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
A calm and kind temperament at all times is necessary
What we offer:
Hours worked between 4/5pm - 9:30/10pm, 4 to 5 days a week
