Live-In Caretaker & Cleaner — Manly, Northern Beaches (Accommodation Included)
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on live-in caretaker/cleaner to join our team managing a portfolio of short-stay studios and houses across Manly and the Northern Beaches.
This is a long-term role, not casual or short-term — perfect for someone looking for stability, free accommodation, and steady work in a great location.
What's included:

What the role involves:
- Cleaning studios, houses, and common areas between guest stays
- General caretaking of the Manly premises and surrounding properties
- Ordering and managing linen and guest supplies (e.g. shampoo, toiletries)
- Dropping off supplies to guests as needed
- Being on call for guest issues (e.g. lockouts, access problems)
- Once Manly property duties are complete, being in charge of attending to needs at our other properties as well — including cleaning them (paid at the same hourly cleaning rate)
- Helping maintain a smooth, high-quality experience across all properties
Hours:
- Generally daily, with workload varying based on guest turnover and demand
- Flexibility required around check-in/check-out schedules
Pay:
- Caretaker duties: No fee — provided in exchange for a premium room to live in, a big advantage since it means no need to pay Manly's high rental rates
- Cleaning services: $50–$60 per hour (to be discussed based on experience and fit)
